• The competition is open to residents of Australia residing in Victoria and New South Wales.
• Competition entrants (participants) must be aged between 3 months to 17 years old at the time of entry.
• Participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.
• Each family is limited to one child claiming either the Winner Prize or a Runner-Up prize. Each family can have only one child who wins a prize.

• This campaign runs from 11th July to 25th July 2024. .
• Photoshoot sessions for winners and runners up will take place between 1st August to 30th September 2024. 
• Competition entries close at 5pm AEDT on 25th July 2024. 
• The Winner will be announced on 29th July 2024. The Runners up will be contacted from the 30th July 2024.

• There will be ONE Grand Prize Winner. The winner will be selected from Melbourne or Sydney, and must be aged between 4 years to 17 years old.  

• The winner will be prized with the following: 
  • 1 Year representation contract with Bubblegum Casting (subject to eligibility). 
  • Features on POP! and Bubblegum Casting platforms
  • Showcasing to Bubblegum Casting’s major clients (upon representation eligibility). 
  • A 2 hour personalised photoshoot session with a professional photographer.
  • Professional hair and makeup on the day of your photoshoot (for ages 4+)
  • A posing guide + on the day coaching to strike the perfect poses
  • Pre-session styling guidance and 3 looks/outfit changes on the day of the shoot
  • Use of multiple backdrops to add colour and variety to your folio
  • Free access to Bubblegum Casting’s Modelling Course 
  • 50 high-resolution images from the session, retouched and edited
  • Printed Photo Book with your 50 images. 
  • Free access to Bubblegum Casting’s Modelling Course.
• If the Winner is already represented by Bubblegum Casting agency, they will be provided a 1 year extension of their representation with Bubblegum Casting, starting from the date of their prize photoshoot session.

• The runners up will be selected from Melbourne or Sydney, and must be aged between 3 months to 17 years old.  One runner up per family permitted. 
• The Runner-up prize includes:
  • 30 minute personalised photoshoot session with a professional photographer. A $99 refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This is refunded to the client within 48 hours after attending their session, or alternatively can be used as credit towards purchasing a photo package at an online viewing session. 
  • A posing guide and on the day coaching to strike the perfect poses.
  • Styling guidance and up to 3 looks/outfit changes on the shoot day. 
  • Use of multiple backdrops to add colour and variety to your session
  • 1 high-resolution image from the session, retouched and edited. This image will be a fully body stylized image (not a headshot), selected by POP!. It will be shared within 7 days of your photoshoot date. 
  • Viewing session for optional additional image purchase.

• The winner and runners up must schedule their photoshoot sessions on available dates between 1st August and 30th September 2024, unless otherwise communicated.
• If the winner or runners up are unable to attend during these dates, the prize may be forfeited. 
• The location of photoshoots will be happening in Melbourne and Sydney only. 
• If you are a winner or runner up and located outside of Melbourne or Sydney, you are invited to participate, however you must cover your own travel costs and expenses. 
• If you are a winner or runner up, and do not wish to travel to one of our studio locations on your own expense, then your prize will be forfeited.

• Runners up will need to pay a refundable $99 deposit to secure their photoshoot session. This is to ensure genuine bookings and no late cancellations or no shows to the photoshoot session. This deposit will be refunded to the participant within 48 hours after attending their photoshoot session. If you wish to book an online viewing session to view all your images, then the $99 must be carried over to your viewing session (again, to ensure genuine bookings and no late cancellations or no shows) and can be credited towards a photography package if you choose to purchase additional images. If you choose not to purchase additional images at your viewing session, then the $99 deposit will be refunded to the participant within 48 hours after attending their viewing session.
• At the end of your photoshoot session, runners up will be informed that they can view all images taken during a separate 30 minute virtual viewing session (scheduled on an alternative date) to choose and purchase additional images from available packages (optional). Bookings for viewing sessions will be scheduled on the photoshoot day if the client is interested. 
• For late cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your photoshoot time OR viewing session time, or if you are a No Show to the photoshoot or viewing session, your deposit will be forfeited/not refunded. 
• Runners up are not required to book a viewing session and purchase additional images. If you choose not to book/purchase additional images, you will receive ONLY the 1 high resolution image (a full body stylised image, selected by POP!) and will not be able to view the rest. You have the option to re-engage in future if you decide down the track you want to view and purchase more images.

• The winner will be announced on 29th July 2024 via Instagram. The winner will receive a phone call and email on this day. 
• Runners up will be called and emailed from the 30th July 2024. 
• The winner and runners up must book their photoshoot through ACUITY,  POP! Photography’s designated booking channel. Booking details will be shared. 
• Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability at POP! Photography studio locations. Participants are advised to book their sessions as soon as possible to secure their preferred date and time.
• Participants will be required to provide their personal information, including name, contact details, and preferred date and time for the photoshoot.
• POP! Photography reserves the right to limit the number of sessions available each day and may have blackout dates or times when the offer is not available due to high demand or other operational considerations.
• Viewings of images will be available to book within 2 weeks of your photo shoot date. 
• Additional images from the shoot will be available at a competitive industry price.
• Images (if purchased) can be paid for with credit card, direct debit, split invoice, or Buy Now, Pay Later provider Afterpay.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from the photoshoot location. If they are located outside of Melbourne or Sydney then they can participate but must cover their own travel costs. 
• Participants must follow all instructions and adhere to any safety measures provided during the photoshoot session.

• By entering the campaign, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes by POP! Photography.
• Personal information collected will be used solely for campaign administration and will not be shared with third parties.

POP! Photography reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches the terms and conditions, provides false information, is fraudulent in any way or is unable or unwilling to travel to the POP! Photoshoot studio locations.

All decisions made by POP! Photography regarding the campaign, winners, and runners up are final and binding.

• The prize offers cannot be combined with any other bookings, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless specifically stated.
• POP! Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if it suspects fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions.
• Our studios will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the photo shoot or as a result of the campaign participation.
• Any prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All prizes are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the participant who entered the competition and was selected as either the winner or the runner-up. Prizes cannot be gifted or transferred to another individual.
• Each family is limited to one child claiming either the Winner Prize or a Runner-Up prize. Each family can have only one child who wins a prize.
• Entering this competition means you agree to be contacted by POP! Photography and to join our newsletter for more exciting opportunities.
• By entering the campaign, participants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. POP! Photography reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time during the campaign period, upon notifying the participants.
