• Available for photoshoots in Melbourne and Sydney only.
• Valid for ages 3 years to 17 years old.
• Participants must be between the ages of 3 years to 17 years old to participate in a photoshoot.
  Participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book, and they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the photoshoot.

The $149 gift card includes:

• 30 minute shoot with professional photographer
• Use of multiple backdrops
• Up to 3 outfit changes
• 1 high resolution, edited digital image, selected by the POP! Team.
• 20% off any photo packages available for purchase

• Photoshoot sessions available to book with a gift card will be available from January 2024 in Melbourne and Sydney.
• Gift Card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

At the end of their photoshoot session, the client will be informed that they can view all images taken during a separate 30 minutes viewing session (scheduled on an alternative date) to choose and purchase additional images from available packages. Bookings for viewing sessions will be done there and then if they are interested.

• Gift card holders must book their photoshoot through ACUITY, using their unique gift card voucher code to book. Booking details will be on our POP website. Gift card voucher number must be specified when booking.
• Appointment bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• Participants are advised to book their sessions as soon as possible to secure their preferred date and time.
• Any No Shows to the photoshoot will have their gift card forfeited.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Participants will be required to provide their personal information, including name, contact details, and preferred date and time for the photoshoot.
• POP! Photography reserves the right to limit the number of sessions available each day and may have blackout dates or times when the offer is not available due to high demand or other operational considerations.
• Viewings of images will be available to book within 2 weeks of photo shoot date.
• Additional images from the shoot will be available at a competitive industry price.
• Images (if purchased) can be paid for with credit card, direct debit, or AfterPay or Humm.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from the photoshoot locations. If they are located outside of Melbourne or Sydney, then they can participate but must cover their own travel costs.
• Participants must follow all instructions and adhere to any safety measures provided during the photoshoot session.

By booking, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes by POP! Photography.

Personal information collected will be used solely for campaign administration and will not be shared with third parties, except for Bubblegum Casting.

• The Gift Card offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless specifically stated.
• The POP! Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if it suspects fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions.
• The studio will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the photo shoot or as a result of the campaign participation.
• By booking, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. POP! Photography reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time during the campaign period.
