Why a studio family shoot?
Controlled light, every time. No squinting into the sun, no washed-out sky, no rescheduling for rain. Studio light is why wall-sized prints look the way they do.
Kids-paced by design. Our photographers shoot children all day, every day. Wrangling a toddler mid-session is our normal, not a crisis.
Everyone actually relaxes. Climate-controlled, pram-friendly spaces with room for grandparents, babies and everyone in between.
How it works
A preparation call before the day — we plan your session and send you our what-to-wear guide.
Your studio session — around 75 minutes with one of our senior photographers, with combinations: everyone together, kids alone, parents alone (yes, really — when did you two last get a proper photo?).
Your private reveal session — you come back, see your professionally edited images on the big screen, and choose the collection you love.
Straight-up pricing, no surprises
Your session fee covers the shoot, your private reveal and a printed keepsake. Your images are purchased separately at your reveal session — and we send you the full collection pricing before you book, so nothing catches you off guard.

What does the session fee cover?
The session itself, your private reveal session, and a printed keepsake of your favourite image. Your images are purchased separately at the reveal, and full collection pricing is sent to you before you ever book.
How long does a family session take?
Around 75 minutes in the studio, plus a short preparation call in the week beforehand.
Who will photograph us?
One of our senior photographers — the same team behind our kids’ sessions, led by co-founder Emilio in Sydney, with Kseniia Torshilova and Alys Carr across our studios.
Can grandparents and extended family join?
