What types of photography services do you offer?

We offer a range of services, including portrait sessions, lifestyle sessions, and mini-sessions for children and families.

What is included in your photography package?

Every photography package includes: 30-45 minutes in the studio, expert advice and guidance from an experienced professional photographer, a free virtual viewing session, and editing and retouching of your chosen images.

How early should I arrive for my session?

As we are an extremely busy studio, we ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes earlier than your allotted time.

What should I bring to a photo session?

Please bring a change of clothing, and hair and makeup essentials. For kids' sessions, bring some healthy snacks if you think they will be needed, a favorite toy, and a change of clothing.

What should I wear to a photo session?

That depends on your session. Generally, we recommend that you wear unbranded clothing with no string patterns. However, feel free to speak with our team about your ideas.

How long does a session last?

A POP! Photography session usually takes around 30-45 minutes depending on your choice of package.

We havent received the final photos but so far the experience with pop photography has been seamless. Extremely happy with the variety and backdrops used in the photos. The photographer also made the shoot fun and comfortable for our toddler, who loved the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are your photoshoots for, and what types of shoots do you offer?

Our photoshoots are designed for babies through to teens. We offer headshots, modelling folios, confidence-boosting sessions, and milestone shoots — no experience needed, we guide your child every step of the way.

What’s included in the session?

Sessions include professional photography, styling guidance, on-the-day coaching, multiple outfit changes, and a Reveal Session to choose your images. Hair & makeup is included in our Modelling Experience.

How much does it cost?

The booking fee is $195 (Modelling Experience with Hair & Makeup) or $99 (Signature Shoots). Image folio packages start from $595–$995, with $200 credit included for Modelling Experience. Payment plans are available.

Do I have to buy a folio package?

Yes. The session fee secures your photoshoot, and you’ll choose your folio at your Reveal Session.

What is the Love-It Guarantee?

If you don’t love at least 3 images at your Reveal, we’ll reshoot free. Your original gallery will be closed, and you’ll receive images from your reshoot instead.

How do I prepare for the shoot?

You’ll receive a Prep Pack with tips on styling, outfits, and what to bring. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early with clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face if you’re having hair & makeup done.

What should I wear?

Bring 3–4 outfits that show variety: casual, dressy, creative/statement. Avoid logos, busy prints, or stripes. Accessories and props (e.g. sports gear, instruments, hats, jackets) are encouraged.

Can I bring guests?

Please keep guests to a minimum — ideally 1, with a maximum of 3. This ensures a comfortable and safe studio environment. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

When will I receive my images?

After your Reveal Session and folio purchase, your images are professionally edited and delivered in a private online gallery within 14 days.

How long is a photoshoot session?

Signature Shoots run for 30 minutes, while our Modelling Experience runs for 1.5 hours (including hair & makeup).

What if my child is shy or nervous?

That’s completely normal! Our photographers are experienced in working with kids and teens, helping them feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident on camera.

How do payment plans work?

We offer flexible options including AfterPay, Split Invoice, Digital Lay-By, and more. You can choose the plan that best fits your budget during your Reveal Session.

Do you provide outfits?

No, all outfits are BYO so your images reflect your personal style. We’ll guide you with styling tips and outfit ideas before the shoot.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made outside 72 hours can be credited for a future session. Within 72 hours (or no-shows), the booking fee is forfeited. A valid medical certificate may be considered for credit.

How do I book?

You can book directly online via our booking page, or by calling us on 1800 960 919. Spots are limited each month and are first-come, first-served.

Do you edit or retouch the images?

Yes, all folio packages include professional editing and retouching, so your images are polished, natural, and industry-ready.
