• POP! Photography will submit your child’s folio to selected partner publications within 60 days of final image delivery.
• At least one editorial publication placement is guaranteed.
• Publication outlets vary based on theme, look, suitability, and city availability.
• Images submitted may be cropped or adapted to meet publication requirements.
• Photoshoots must be booked by 23 December 2025 to qualify.

• A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of booking only if the shoot is more than 72 hours away.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your session (and outside the cooling-off period) may be eligible for a credit to rebook your child’s session.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the $99 fee being forfeited.
• Medical certificates may be considered for a credit at POP! Photography’s discretion.
• Rebooking is subject to availability.

• A private online Reveal Session will be scheduled for you to view and purchase your child’s images.
• Image folios are edited and delivered digitally via a secure online gallery.
• Full or partial payment toward your selected folio is required at the Reveal Session.
• Flexible payment options are available: AfterPay, Split Invoice, Digital Lay-By

• This guarantee may be claimed only during your Reveal Session.
• To qualify, you must inform our team during the session that you do not love at least three (3) images from your child’s initial gallery.
• You will receive a complimentary reshoot session with a brand-new gallery of images.
• Once the guarantee is claimed:
  • Your original gallery will be permanently closed.
  • You cannot view or purchase from the original images again.
• The reshoot will follow the same session structure and inclusions as the original.
• The Love-It Guarantee may only be claimed once per child.
• This guarantee is not valid if you fail to attend the original photoshoot or the Reveal Session.

• By booking, you consent to POP! Photography and Bubblegum Casting capturing behind-the-scenes content (video or stills) for internal training or marketing.
• Parents may opt out of marketing use by emailing us before the photoshoot.
• All personal data is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Law.
• No images of your child will be sold or shared beyond the outlined editorial submission process without your consent.
