  Bookings are confirmed only once payment and booking form are completed.

• Bookings confirmed by 11:59pm, 31 January 2026 receive a $100 image credit.

  The credit:

  • May only be used at the scheduled Reveal Session

  Missed or cancelled Reveal Sessions result in forfeiture of the credit.

• The VIP Invitation to meet with Bubblegum Casting is conditional upon the purchase of a minimum 5-image folio at the Reveal Session.
• A professional image folio is required for agency consideration and to commence representation discussions.
  
• This invitation does not guarantee agency representation.

• Any modelling or acting representation with Bubblegum Casting is subject to standard agency eligibility requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Image quality and suitability
    
    
  • Age, look, and current industry demand
    
    
  • Ability to attend castings and work opportunities (including legal travel distance)
    
    
  • The child must not be currently represented by another modelling or talent agency
    
    

  Final representation decisions are made solely by Bubblegum Casting. 

• Available only when purchasing a 20-image folio or larger.

  POP! Photography will:

  • Submit the folio within 60 days of final image delivery
    
    
  • Facilitate at least one publication placement
    
    
  • Publication outcomes vary by type, suitability, theme, and availability.

A 48-hour cooling-off period applies if the shoot is more than 72 hours away.

Cancellations within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows result in forfeiture of the $99 fee. Cancellations outside of 72 hours will be credited $99 to reschedule. 

Medical certificates may be considered at discretion.

A private online Reveal Session will be scheduled.
Purchased Images are delivered digitally via a secure gallery.

Full or partial payment toward selected folios is required at the Reveal Session.

Must be claimed during the Reveal Session.
If claimed, the original gallery is closed and replaced with a complimentary reshoot.

This guarantee may be claimed once per child, per year.

By booking, you consent to behind-the-scenes content for training or marketing, as well as use of photography and video for marketing purposes by POP! Photography or Bubblegum Casting.
Parents may opt out by notifying us before the shoot.

All data is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Law.
