  • The competition is open to residents of Australia. 
  • Competition entrants (participants) must be aged between 10 years to 17 years old at the time of entry.
  • Participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.
  • Each family is limited to one child claiming either the Winner Prize or a Runner-Up prize. Each family can have only one child who wins a prize.
  • This campaign runs from 6th August 2025 to the 20th August 2025. 
  • Competition entries close at 5pm AEST on 20th August 2025.
  • Photoshoot sessions for winners and runners up will take place between the 21st August until 30th November 2025. 
  • The Winners will be contacted and announced on 22nd August 2025. The Runners up will be contacted from the 25th August 2025.
  • There will be two Grand Prize Winners. They must be residents of Australia and aged between 10 years to 17 years old.  
  • The winners will be prized with the following: 
    • 1 Year representation contract with Bubblegum Casting (upon eligibility)
    • Features on POP! and Bubblegum Casting platforms
    • Showcasing to Bubblegum Casting’s major clients (upon eligible representation) 
    • 2 hour personalised photoshoot session with a professional photographer
    • Professional hair and makeup on the day of your photoshoot
    • A posing guide and on the day coaching to strike the perfect poses
    • Pre-session styling guidance and up to 4 looks/outfit changes
    • Use of multiple backdrops to add colour and variety to your folio
    • Free access to Bubblegum Casting’s Modelling Course
    • 30 high-resolution digital images from your photoshoot session, retouched and edited
    • Printed folio book with all your images
    • 1 A4 Framed Print
  • The runners must be residents of Australia and aged between 10 years to 17 years old.
  • One runner up per family permitted. 
  • The Runner-up prize includes:
    • A 30 minute photoshoot session with a professional photographer. A $99 refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit can be refunded to you within 48 hours of attending your session. If you choose to have a viewing session, the deposit will be carried over to secure the viewing session booking and can be used as a credit towards purchasing any additional photos.
    • A posing guide and on the day coaching to strike the perfect poses.
    • Styling guidance and up to 3 looks/outfit changes on the shoot day. 
    • Use of multiple backdrops to add colour and variety to your session.
    • 1 high-resolution digital image, retouched and edited, selected by POP!
    • Online guided viewing session for optional additional image purchase.
  • Photoshoot bookings are available between 21st August to end of November 2025.
  • Locations: Melbourne and Sydney only.
  • If winners or runner-ups cannot attend during these dates, the prize may be forfeited.
  • Participants outside our studio locations may participate but must cover their own travel expenses.
  •  
  • Runners up will need to pay a refundable $99 deposit to secure their photoshoot session. This is to ensure genuine bookings and no late cancellations or no shows to the photoshoot session. 
  • This deposit will be refunded to the participant within 48 hours after attending their photoshoot session. If you wish to book an online viewing session to view all your images, then the $99 must be carried over to your viewing session (again, to ensure genuine bookings and no late cancellations or no shows) and can be credited towards purchasing additional images. 
  • Any cancellation of a photoshoot or booked viewing session made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the $99 deposit. This policy is in place to ensure genuine bookings and to respect the time of our team members.
  • If you choose not to purchase additional images at your viewing session, then the $99 deposit will be refunded to the participant within 48 hours after attending their viewing session.
  • Viewing sessions for purchasing additional images can be booked during or after your photoshoot session.
  • If you don’t want to see and/or purchase any additional images, and would prefer a refund of your booking deposit, you’ll need to request it in writing within 2 months of your photoshoot date. After that, the deposit can’t be refunded. If you ask for a refund before your viewing session, you won’t be able to book or attend one unless the deposit is paid again.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.
  • All participants must follow instructions and adhere to any safety measures during the photoshoot.
  • Our studios will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the photo shoot or as a result of the campaign participation.
  • By entering the competition, participants and their parents/guardians  consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes by POP! Photography and Bubblegum Casting.
  • Personal information will only be used for campaign purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
  • POP! Photography and Bubblegum Casting reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches the terms and conditions, provides false information, is fraudulent in any way or is unable or unwilling to travel to the POP! Photoshoot studio locations.
  • All decisions made by POP! Photography and Bubblegum Casting regarding the campaign, winners, and runners up are final and binding.
  • The prize offers cannot be combined with any other bookings, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless specifically stated.
  • Any prize cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • All prizes are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the participant who entered the competition and was selected as either the winner or the runner-up. Prizes cannot be gifted or transferred to another individual.
  • Each family is limited to one child claiming either the Winner Prize or a Runner-Up prize. Each family can have only one child who wins a prize.
  • Entering this competition means you agree to be contacted by POP! Photography and Bubblegum Casting and to join our newsletter for more exciting opportunities.
  • By entering the campaign, participants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
